Fast-growing Bristol specialist recruitment agency First Selection has doubled in size taking on six new staff to meet increasing demand for its services in its first year of operation.
The agency, based in Berkeley House, Richmond Hill Avenue, Clifton, has taken over another floor of the building to double the workspace and has added two new divisions as part of an ambitious expansion strategy.
First Selection which specialises in sales and marketing search and selection, has now added IT recruitment and talent head-hunting to its portfolio.
Managing director Jerry Harper said that IT skills are now vital for most professionals in the sales and marketing arena, so it is a natural progression for First selection to expand into that sector of the business.
ìThere is also growing demand in the business world for the top talent with key skills. In the past head-hunting has been used at the top end of the job market to attract very senior management in large corporates,î said Mr Harper.
