First Advantage announces Hiring Management Systems contract with MBNA Europe

First Advantage Corporation, a global risk mitigation and business solutions provider, today announced that it has been selected to provide its applicant tracking solution, First Advantage Hiring Management Systems (HMS), to the European operations of MBNA, the largest independent credit card lender in the world. This is a further boost for First Advantage HMS in a year of significant successes in the burgeoning UK market.

First Advantage HMS (formerly Projectix) was chosen by MBNA Europe after a competitive pitch between seven vendors. First Advantage HMSís leading hiring management solution will now serve the companyís Human Resource professionals that manage 5,000 staff employed with MBNAís operations in the UK and Ireland.

First Advantage HMS will be configured to meet MBNA Europeís extensive requirements to support its recruitment process and human resources systems. With First Advantage HMS in place, hiring managers from any MBNA Europe office will take responsibility for inputting a job description and ensuring that it meets the criteria of the HR department. With a streamlined system to minimize the paperwork generated in the recruitment process, HR staff will have more time to interview and train potential recruits.
