Ericsson and Montagu Private Equity choose Ceridian Centrefile

Ceridian Centrefile, a leading supplier of managed HR solutions, has signed two new major Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) contracts.

Ericsson - the largest supplier of mobile systems in the world, and Montagu Private Equity - a leading investor in European private equity, will both be providing their employees with access to Ceridian> ’> s LifeWorks> (tm)> OneSource EAP.

LifeWorks> (tm)> OneSource is a single, comprehensive support LifeWorks> programme, which gives employees round-the-clock access to LifeWorks> expert consultants, face-to-face and telephone counselling LifeWorks> and a library of printed materials.

It covers topics including parenting and childcare, education and schooling, resources for elder care, budgeting and legal issues, work issues and emotional well-being, addiction and recovery, disability and accessibility and counselling.

Employees will also have access to the LifeWorks> (tm)> Online service - an integrated internet based gateway to a range of employee support services, including a robust database of downloadable educational materials and provider resources, in addition to interactive support from consultants via email.
