eQuest Averaging One Million Job Board Performance Records Per Day

“Big Data” Program Big Hit with Customers

eQuest today announced that its “Big Data” program is collecting One Million job board data records per day. eQuest consultants utilize this highly prized data to develop more effective recruitment strategies, reduce spending, and target candidates faster for their customers. The program provides companies a clearer understanding of candidate viewing and response habits.

In March of this year eQuest announced that it had surpassed One Billion total records in its database.

“Our consulting division is being utilized more and more based on the sheer breadth of our collected analytics,” said Harold Levy, Senior Vice President at eQuest Interactive Media Group. “Many customers are beginning to preset and automate job posting deliveries based on strategies learned from our metrics. In many cases it literally eliminates the need for recruiters to select job boards for job delivery. It’s certainly a departure from what eQuest and its customers have been doing for many years.”

eQuest targets various demographics, then assembles statistical models providing a rendering of where candidates view and respond to jobs – by job board, by job classification, job title, location, and skills – by day and hour – worldwide. In its TRAQ24 application, customers can download data directly into their Applicant Tracking System to provide a full spectrum of candidate behavior – from initial view to the eventual hire.
