Epoq, the award winning legal solutions company, has been chosen by Capita Insurance Services (Capita) to implement an online employment solution for customers of its Commercial Legal Expense Insurance. The new service, named HR Briefing ensures customers receive up-to-date and comprehensive solutions to meet their legal needs as employers.

Epoq’s employment solutions contain everything a business requires for successfully interviewing a prospective employee, providing all the necessary employment contracts and agreements, right though to disciplining and dismissal. This ensures that throughout an employees’ lifecycle the employer is compliant with the necessary laws and regulations, thereby maintaining and improving employee relations.

Successfully managing the wealth of employment law and the continual advances in employee rights has left business owners struggling to stay on top whilst running their business at the same time.
