Emoonlighter announces continued growth

Growth Seen in Key Areas for Fourth Quarter 2003 and Fiscal Year 2003

Emoonlighter, the world’s largest online marketplace for freelance talent, announced growth in two key metrics for the fourth quarter of 2003 compared to the fourth quarter of 2002. Emoonlighter saw the total number of projects posted on its four specialized sites grow 74 percent, while revenue increased 105 percent. In addition, the company realized a 157 percent increase in the number of projects posted and a 144 percent increase in revenue for fiscal year 2003 over fiscal year 2002.

The acquisition of Guru.com assets contributed to our strong performance in the second half of 2003, said Inder Guglani, Emoonlighter’s CEO and Co-Founder. We expect further positive results from the combination of moonlighter sites under the Guru.com banner. With good momentum, upcoming effective marketing programs, and against a much improved economic backdrop, we are very optimistic about our performance in 2004.

In addition to the acquisition of Guru.com assets, new features, benefiting both employers and freelancers within the marketplace, contributed to Emoonlighter’s growth during 2003. These new features included facilitating global outsourcing through the use of direct wire transfers to freelancers in India,

implementing payment via direct deposit and PayPal for
freelancers,

implementing project and private discussion boards for
both employers and freelancers,

enabling employers/subscribing freelancers to upload
documents and graphics with their project postings/proposals,
and

allowing employers to post private, invitation only
projects.
