Ellayess selects First Advantage HMS

Ellayess is to implement First Advantage HMS applicant tracking and candidate management software. Ellayess will use First Advantage HMS software to manage more than 2,000 contractors, in addition to the growing numbers of permanent vacancies it handles. First Advantage HMS will be used by Ellayess recruitment consultants across numerous international locations.

Ellayess, a subsidiary of Aker Kvaerner ASA, was formed in 2003 by the merger of the Lawrence Allison and Aker International Resource Groups, each of which used its own e-recruitment system. Post-merger, the company decided to replace its separate legacy systems with a new, consolidated platform. After evaluating several packages, the company chose First Advantage HMS.
