eFinancialCareers.com Honoured with Two Onrec.com Awards

eFinancialCareers.com, a Dice Holdings Inc. company and the UK-based global financial careers website, was doubly honoured at this yearís Onrec.com Awards, taking the top prizes for Best Technical Innovation in Online Recruitment (Niche job board category) and the Personality of the Year award for CEO John Benson.

eFinancialCareers.com triumphed to take home the award for Best Technical Innovation in Online Recruitment (Niche job board category) in recognition of its unique Live Chat initiative. First launched in July 2007, Live Chat was integrated into eFinancialCareers.com to enable professionals and graduates to chat live on the site with representatives of industry giants such as Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort. Live Chat has since gone cross-channel ñ the first French-language chat taking place with investment bank Lazard.

In addition, eFinancialCareers.comís CEO, John Benson, collected the Onrec.com award for Personality of the Year. John was recognised for his overall contribution to the development of the online recruitment industry through the creation and development of a job board platform specifically for financial professionals. Since founding eFinancialCareers in 2000, the company has grown into a successful global brand with websites in 14 markets and five languages receiving approximately 2.0 million unique visitors each month.
