Six lucky winners will be given the chance to make their career dreams come true and spend the day learning what life is really like in their wonder-job.

The idea behind the competition is to get people thinking about what they could learn from job swaps, where you and a colleague do each othersí tasks for a period.

They are the perfect way to learn on the job.

You could find them to be the perfect way to acquire the skills you really need for a promotion. Or you could discover hidden talents, or find a fresh approach to looking for a different job.

The competition is running now until March 31, so start dreaming up the perfect job for you.
