This acquisition will allow StepStone to accelerate its adoption in the fast-developing market for online recruitment solutions, as well as expanding its coverage in the traditional job board market in Norway.
In the market for Recruitment Solutions, EasyCruit HR is particularly appropriate to organisations looking for an efficient yet simple product, complementing StepStoneís existing OneStep and Hire.com solutions. In addition to its established market in Norway, EasyCruit HR will be immediately made available through StepStoneís organisations in Denmark and Sweden, fully localised to these market requirements.
The deltidsjobb.no job site, with its specialised focus on part-time jobs, complements StepStoneís existing job site in Norway. The deltidsjobb site will continue to support the needs of candidates and employers in the part-time sector. Over the coming months, the site will be migrated to StepStoneís common online recruitment platform and linked with StepStoneís Norwegian job site providing a single destination for all job seekers and recruiters in Norway.
