Double first for Thirdsectorjobs.co.uk ñ NORAS 2008

ThirdSectorjobs.co.uk has seen an enormous growth in the number of job seekers using the site.

The number of unique users has continued to grow every month since the relaunch of the site but the recent ABCE audit broke all previous records with 72,231* unique users visiting ThirdSectorjobs.co.uk.

This is a massive increase of over 50,000 unique users visiting the site when compared to the same period in 2006.

This figure represents the first time that any specialist job site within the charity and not for profit sector has been awarded an ABCE certificate.

The ABCE audit forms part of the National Online Recruitment Audience Survey (NORAS) which thirdsectorjobs.co.uk has also taken part in for the first time.

The NORAS results, which combine, audited traffic figures with detailed demographics, show that:

ï 96% of ThirdSectorjobs.co.uk users are either actively looking for another job or are open to opportunities

ï 59% of returning visitors revisit Thirdsectorjobs.co.uk because they think it carries a good selection of potential employers advertising a good selection of jobs

ï 72% of ThirdSectorjobs.co.uk users have applied to a job that they have seen online

ThirdSectorJobs.co.uk is the only specialist jobsite in the charity and not for profit sector that is able to provide recruiters with independently verified information about the number of potential candidates viewing their online job adverts.
