de Poel steps up client care with appointment of Client Services Director

de Poel has announced the appointment of a new Director, David Crabb

de Poel, the UKís independent consultant in the recruitment industry, has announced the appointment of a new Director, David Crabb. David will lead the businessí Client Services division. David joins de Poel from Manpower, where he held a key Directors position within the UK Lead team

David will be working with the de Poel Client Services team to ensure that the supplying agencies and growing client base - which includes Sainsburyís, Carlsberg, MFI and Parcelforce ñ experience ever improving levels of support and customer service.

Davidís experience in the industry spans 10 years and he has held senior level positions with some of the recruitment industryís biggest names including Adecco, Manpower and Vedior. Prior to this he headed up national accounts within GE Capital and other companies within the customer service sector. These include Alcatel, Prudential and ICI Paints.

Such targets include a turnover of 1 billion by 2011.

In his new role, David will be responsible for monitoring existing client and agency relationships, raising the level of customer support and building new relationships and processes to enhance ongoing customer care across the business, in line with the companyís long term strategy.
