As Managing Director of CareerBuilder UK, Mr. Smith directs the companyís strategy for becoming the UK leader in online recruitment. In this role, Mr. Smith brings over 15 years of business development and product marketing experience across multiple internet and software companies.

Prior to this role, Mr. Smith served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for CareerBuilder.com where he was responsible for identifying new growth opportunities to further expand CareerBuilderís position in the recruitment and job search process. Mr. Smith developed CareerBuilderís international partner network in the UK, Germany, France, Australia, Asia Pacific and the Americas and launched a scholarship search site called FindTuition.com.

Before joining CareerBuilder, Mr. Smith led Product Marketing and Business Development for Unicru a software company that helps large organizations hire the best hourly candidates. In July of 2006, Kronos (KRON) bought Unicru for $150 million.

Mr. Smith holds a Masters of Business Administration from Portland State University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon.
