Staff and channel partners of Daisy Communications started the new year on a high after a skiing adventure in the French Alps

Staff and channel partners of Daisy Communications started the new year on a high after a skiing adventure in the French Alps.

Following a successful Q3 sales incentive, 20 members of staff and 10 reseller and dealer partners enjoyed five days away in the Porte du Soleil region of Morzine.

Following a successful Q1 sales incentive, held internally by the Lancashire-based company, where 30 lucky members of staff enjoyed three days away in Puerto Banus, the company launched its Q3 incentive, this time daisy broadening the group to include its channel partners.

The new incentive was launched in October, with the promise of four nights away in the French Alps, the reward if targets are met.

Sales staff were given the objective of surpassing their targets for the months of October, November and December in order to qualify for the trip, while channel partners were tasked with increasing the amount of business they bring to the company.

The party flew to Geneva before crossing the border and being whisked off into the French mountains. With lessons provided for everyone, all members were given the option of attending ski school during the day, while the aprs ski provided much entertainment in the evening.

Daisy CEO Matthew Riley said: ìThe reaction we had internally to the Q1 sales incentive to Puerto Banus was fantastic ñ it created a real buzz around the company and we wanted to recreate that and, if possible, better it. Weíve had this latest incentive in mind for a while and surprised staff and partners of the company with it at the beginning of October.î

The company is now hoping to attract more staff to the company with more than 50 new jobs expected to be created over the next six months, and it is hoped the companyís commitment to incentivising its staff will aid the recruitment process.

He continued: ìdaisy is undergoing a period of expansion due to recent success in the telecoms industry and this will create opportunities for people to work at a firm where we place staff and their needs very high on the agenda.î
