CV search tool welcomed by the recruitment agency market

New recruitment resourcing e-tools company, Absolute Resourcing Control Technologies Ltd (ARC), is experiencing a massive expansion after its launch in November 2006. In the space of three months, the company has grown its staff base by 10 and is still looking for new employees.

This rapid growth is down to the recruitment agency market demand for its powerful and highly defined CV search facility, Absolute Searching, which delivers multiple filtered CVs to the recruiter from all pre-selected job-boards in a matter of seconds. When combined with another ARC product, Absolute Management, it can transform the way recruiters utilise online resources and delivers absolute business intelligence.

ëWe anticipated significant company growth because our search tool is hugely valuable in a market where there is a shortage of good candidates,í says Piran Littleton, General Manager of ARC. ëBut we have been very surprised at the amount of interest recruitment agencies have shown. Weíve even had to move our existing furniture around to make the necessary space available and fit everyone in!í

Littleton forecasts that ARC will be employing at least 25 staff by the end of the year. ëWe are introducing two new and very innovative products for the recruitment agency market, therefore we will need more people as demand increases.í

With the strength of its cutting edge recruitment agency software, the backing from its investors and the tremendous response from recruiters, ARC looks set to continue growing throughout 2007.
