CV-Online celebrates 7 years in the Czech market!

CV-Online ñ international job portal www.cvonline.cz has been providing its services for more than 7 years in the Czech Republic. Throughout this time the job portal has become a popular tool for those individuals searching for the right job and for employers looking for the right candidates in the Czech marketplace.

CV-Online Czech currently publishes more than 3,400 actual job ads ñ double the amount of ads that it carried at the beginning of 2006. The portal also boasts a CV database of 33.500 CVs and to date 95.000 users have registered on the site.

Vladimir Duben, Business Manager for Czech and Slovakia commented on the number of new innovations that CV-Online had implemented during the last 7 years, with the objective of making the jobseekerís life easier. ìOur salary surveys provide Jobseekers with benchmarks of salary levels against selected positions, whilst our tests allow them to examine their sales skills. We also provide advice to jobseekers regarding writing impressive application letters and at the same time we give our jobseekers the opportunity to use ëready madeí application letters, all of which are available on CV-Online!î

From the Employersí point of view, CV-Online launched various new services including Pre-Selector Europe, targeted selection and screening of candidates from the CV-Online database according to the Employersí profile requirements. Mirroring and Jobstream services were also launched during the past couple of years, enabling automatic replication of job ads from an Employerís website to CV-Online. Other new services included jobseeker comparison tables and enhanced employer branding opportunities through HotSpot banners.

As Vladimir Duben confirmed, CV-Online Czech Republic will introduce a variety of new actions, all of which will be dedicated to the 7th anniversary, throughout the course of the year. Such actions will be interesting for jobseekers as well as for employees.
