Over the last 6 months considerable change within the Recruitment industry and associated service sectors has caused consequential change of product and service offering from both Agencies, and those that service the industry. In particular, changes instigated by HMRC in respect to responsibility for the payment of PAYE, NI and VAT, and changes in the CIS status of many businesses, directly resulted in the requirement for businessís like LSM to modify working practices in order to remain compliant with the requirements of the HMRC.

Whilst developing and implementing a compliant service offering, the management of LSM recognised that these changes represented an opportunity for enhanced productivity, efficiency and cost savings by way of consolidating Logic Systems Management and LSM Processing into one business. AHL Management Ltd is the end product of this consolidation, formed by a management buyout of the three LSM companies, resulting in a compelling, secure and technically advanced service business, audited and passed as compliant by HMRC.

AHLís service offering is market leading and has allowed the business to be the first compliant service provider in the marketplace with the majority of all other providers currently resisting compliance. These changes are here to stay and, in a working partnership with the HMRC, the business is now in a position to drive forward in the knowledge that our service offering provides our client base with the most secure and robust service available.

In practice AHL Management Ltd has retained the experience, expertise and market knowledge of both the management and team from LSM, has bought the LSM client book, and has retained the software, network, web and database platform with the aim to sustain, develop and enhance the service provision to the current and new client base.

Additionally, AHL Management has also bought the majority shareholding in LSM Logic Ltd, a joint venture with Scottish based IQX ltd, to continue to develop and deliver the IQX Enterprise and IQX Lite front end software products, with market leading functionality and integration to the AHL Management back office software and operating platform.
