On June 24th, Conkers.net was invited by recruitment specialists Law Speed to speak at this years ëKnowledge is Power conference at the London Chamber of Commerce. Hot topics on this years agenda was proposed changes to employment legislation effecting temporary and contract workers, legal and commercial aspects which effect the recruitment industry and using technology & the internet for commercial growth.
This years speakers included Anne Fairweather of the recruitment trade body the REC, Charlotte England, head of recruitment and consultancy at Barclays and John Cassidy, business director at conkers.net.
