Computers In Personnel (CIP), the HR software solutions provider has implemented flexible benefits for its employees in conjunction with thomsons online benefits.

CIP employs HR experts to offer a range of software solutions to address HR issues and are used to dealing with the UKís most forward looking HR departments.

A new Group Personal Pension scheme including a salary sacrifice option.

The new scheme was launched with group presentations led by thomsons online benefits which were followed up by meetings on a one-to-one basis which enabled employees to choose the right options for their own circumstances.
