Columbia House Selects iCIMS

iCIMS, a leading provider of web-based Talent Management Solutions, announced today that Columbia House, the worldís largest and most highly recognized direct marketer of music, DVDs and videos, has implemented iRecruiter Corporate to address the organizationís ongoing Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Management initiatives. iCIMSí suite of solutions will be used to automate and streamline Columbia Houseís hiring processes across their offices in New York, Indiana, and Canada.

Per the terms of the deal, Columbia House is leveraging iRecruiter Corporate, iCIMSí web-based Applicant Tracking Solution for mid-sized corporations, as well as iCIMSí Candidate and Employee Career Center portals, creating an easy-to-use and highly interactive way for job seekers and existing employees to review and apply for open job opportunities at Columbia House. iCIMS has also worked with Columbia House to develop an online application process complete with pre-employment screening and EEO data collection, tracking, and reporting tools, to address the specific requirements of their Talent Management Program.
