The annual awards were voted on by over 50,000 human resource professionals, job seekers, and other industry experts. Two-thirds of the winners were niche job boards such as CollegeRecruiter.com, reflecting a trend in which employers and job seekers are increasingly relying on the more relevant and therefore higher quality of information available to them at sites which are focused on particular niches rather than trying to be all things to all people.
