CollegeRecruiter.com Becomes Available through Arbitaís Premium Job Board Network

.

Arbita, the provider of global job advertising distribution solutions, announces the availability of CollegeRecruiter.com through its Premium Job Board Network. This partnership will provide recruiters and hiring managers with access to one of the worldís most established college and entry level job boards through Arbitaís OnePost service.

ìWeíre very excited to be working with Arbita,î says Steven Rothberg, CollegeRecruiterís President and Founder. ìThis relationship will open doors to large and small employers who share our belief that exceptional value is delivered by premium niche boards. Furthermore, the practitioners of these niche boards believe in the transparency of the prices they charge and the results they deliver.î

The job market for recent college graduates is approaching an all-time high. According to Rothberg, ìThe graduating college seniors of 2007 face one of the best job markets in history and certainly the best since 2000. According to a recent survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), 90 percent of college career service offices believe that the class of 2006-07 is graduating into a strong job market with 11 percent rating the market as being ëexcellent.í For comparison, only three percent rated the market as being excellent in last yearís survey. In addition, two-thirds of the schools reported that more employers recruited on their campuses, 82 percent reported increases in on-line job postings and the number of employers attending career/job fairs, and 87 percent reported that at least as many employers signed up for spring 2007 recruiting than did last year.î

ìCollegeRecruiter.com will expand our clientsí access to entry-level talent,î says Don Ramer, Arbitaís CEO and Founder. ìThe College Recruiter team has built an impressive offering and we are very confident that the website will play a major role in defining entry-level recruiting both on and off campus for years to come.î
