The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (CODMW) universe is a world filled with intriguing stories, gritty combat, and complex characters

This is a modern reimagining of the famous first-person shooter series, taking players into the heart of modern military conflicts. In this universe, players will face terrorism, global conspiracies and large-scale military operations that go beyond conventional warfare. CODMW captivates with its realism and immersive atmosphere, offering players an memorable experience full of dynamics and tension.

Modern Warfare 3

One of the latest games in this universe is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, which will give us a continuation of the exciting campaign with our favorite characters. This time, Captain Price and OTG-141 will face Vladimir Makarov, whom players remember from Part 3 of the original trilogy.

Multiplayer

Multiplayer in the third part has the same mechanics as in the second. One of the important changes was the increase in player HP from 100 to 150HP, which allows players to fight longer. Players will be able to enjoy familiar landscapes again, because 16 maps from the original MW2 have been added to the game and adapted for game modes. The game is divided into seasons. Each season may introduce small changes to the gameplay, so stay tuned to better adapt to the new meta.

Other equipment

In addition to the primary weapons, MW3 also offers a wide selection of grenades, including fragmentation, smoke, and flash grenades, which can be used to create tactical advantages in combat. The game also features tactical devices such as thermal scopes and night vision scopes, which help players detect enemies in challenging combat conditions.

Guns modifications

MW3 also allows players to upgrade and customize their weapons with various attachments, such as sights, under barrel grenade launchers, and extended magazines, enabling them to create a personalized playstyle that suits their preferences.

To unlock all weapons you must reach rank 55, complete daily, weekly and  armory unlock challenges, take part in seasonal content, so you will have to spend time and effort on this. Some players use MW3 boosting to solve this problem.

  • Control: There are 2 points on the map. Teams must capture and defend them until the opposing team runs out of lives.

  • Cutthroat: A mode where 3 teams fight for the flag in a 3v3v3 battle. To win this mode, your team must kill all players or hold the flag during overtime.

  • All or Nothing: In this game mode, you land with throwing knives and no ammo. To get ammo you must kill enemies. The first player which gets 20 kills wins.

  • Gun Game: After every kill of enemies you get a new weapon. If you get a kill with every weapon, you win the game. There is also a command mode.

  • Gunfight: 2 vs 2 mod. Players fight in a small location in 40-second matches. The first team which win 6 rounds leaves from the game as a winner. There is also a more global option called Team Gunfight, this is a 6 vs 6 mode where all team members receive the same equipment.

  • Invasion: 20v20 mode where every kill earns points. Your team must score more points than their opponents.

  • War: Complete the objectives by disabling AA Sites, breaking into the launch site with armored vehicles, and uploading overrides to stop the missiles from launching.
