Cobbetts launches HR consultancy service

Leading law firm, Cobbetts, has launched an HR consultancy offer to deliver practical implementation of HR processes to clients across the UK.

The service, which is being delivered by Cobbetts partner, Kevin Jaquiss and Cobbetts HR specialist, Su Makin, is being offered to both existing and potential clients of the firm and will compliment the firmís existing employment law service.

The firmís HR team can be brought in on a project-by-project basis, which is ideal for businesses that are not large enough to require a full time HR resource, or to supplement the existing resource on a larger or out of the ordinary project such as a merger between two businesses, a business restructuring or a redundancy programme.

If a people-related situation arises, an experienced Cobbetts HR team member will work hands on within the business for as long as necessary, ensuring fast delivery and effectively walking the management team through the HR process. This enables the business to continue to trade as normal whilst ensuring HR is being carried out in line with current employment legislation.
