Dr Susie Maxwell, a senior people strategist within the Home Office, the Prime Ministerís Office, 10 Downing Street, and the Cabinet Office Civil Service Capability Group, has joined Green Park in a high-profile secondment. She will focus on helping Public Sector organisations access top executive candidates and increase minority representation at senior level.
Following a successful tenure as HR Transformation Team Leader at the Home Office, Dr Maxwell progressed to a high-profile position as Head of Human Resources at the Prime Ministerís Office, 10 Downing Street. Most recently she has been working with the Civil Service Diversity Strategy Team within the Civil Service Capability Group (CSCG), focusing on integrating diversity into the wider Civil Service People Strategy.
During her secondment, she will work with Green Parkís Public Sector Practice to bridge the gap between their Minority Executive Network and Public Sector organisations looking to proactively increase their commitment to embedding diversity at SCS level. She will also contribute to ensuring Green Parkís wider Public Sector proposition is accurately aligned to the needs of the Civil Service.
With Green Park, Dr Maxwell has the opportunity to explore the roles and key challenges of suppliers supporting the diversity and inclusion agenda across the Civil Service.
