Partners Group Ltd, a specialist niche recruitment firm emerged as the overall winners of the prestigious People Development Award within the London Excellence Awards 2005. The announcement was made at their annual awards ceremony on 25th July 2005, at which guest speaker Sir Digby Jones and the BBCís Adam Shaw were in attendance.

The People Development Award is designed to recognise an organisation that maximises the contribution of its people through their development and involvement. The winning of the award signifies Partners Groupís dedication to their staff, and recognises the contribution of Partners Groupís unique ëPeople Frameworkí, an HR innovation which has received considerable acclaim throughout the industry.

Established in 2000, the company has seen a rapid growth in business at a rate of over 50% a year.
