ìPrior to the introduction of the online system, recruitment across the group was labour intensive and due to the manual nature of the process our time to hire was too long. However, since our online recruitment system went live on 14 March 2008, we have already seen a significant improvement in how we manage applications, communication with applicants and candidate quality.

ìCity Innís online recruitment system lists specific vacancies and incorporates online questionnaires and screening. By identifying the behaviours required to be a successful employee and team player in our Company, the questionnaires enable us to communicate a really strong message about the City Inn brand and our workplace culture,î says Park.
