The 2007 CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards in partnership with the Guardian are launched today. These annual awards promote innovative recruitment marketing solutions and help raise standards across the industry.
Innovations this year include a new ëOnline Marketingí award. Entries for this could be anything from banners on websites to eyeblasters and e-cards, recognising how a good digital strategy and a strong creative approach work together to get the message across.
Of this yearís awards, Helen Rosethorn, Chief Executive of Bernard Hodes and Chair of Judges, says:
ìTalent attraction and retention are firmly at the top of boardroom agendas - bringing into sharp focus an organisationís employer reputation, the way it lives its promise to employees and the way it reinforces that through its behaviours, not least internal and external communication. These awards recognise the real skill involved in crafting effective solutions to branding and communication challenges in the talent space - on the part of HR people and the partners they work with.î
Every year, the awards enjoyed high levels of industry interest, and act as a showcase for the impressive diversity of talent in the UK recruitment industry, and the HR profession. This year, applications for the awards close on 30 March 2007.
