eQuest, today announced that has been selected by CNstaff, who operate China’s largest applicant tracking system, Mr. Jobs, to provide its customers with job posting support in China. CNstaff provides human capital and talent management solutions to more than 300 major companies in China.
eQuest has been focusing its efforts on its international delivery divisions and recently announced the addition of over 200 career sites to its APAC network. The China partnership secures another key stronghold in the Asia Pacific region for eQuest.
The association will also allow eQuest the ability to collect essential job performance statistics on Chinese job boards for its “Big Data” program. eQuest collects candidate trending and hiring metrics for every job it posts and utilizes the data to assist companies with its posting strategies. eQuest has already surpassed One Billion data records worldwide.
