Ceridian, one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world, has won a contract with the XL Leisure Group, the UK's third largest tour operator, to provide a full suite of HRevolution services from the Ceridian product range. Using the recently launched HRevolution platform, Ceridian will deliver HR, managed payroll, talent acquisition, expenses management, learning and development and other modules, including employee self-service, to XL's UK- based employees.

The development and implementation of the group's service will go live in a phased approach throughout 2008. A change management programme will also be conducted alongside the implementation to support positive adoption of the new technology and processes for the XL Leisure Group and its people.
