Recruitment software provider, Recruitive, has reported strong economic growth in the UK’s catering job market over the past 12 months.
Recruitive provides recruitment agencies and HR professionals with cloud based software which allows job vacancies to be posted to multiple platforms in one go; including job boards and social media pages.
Carla Fern, Operations Director at Recruitive comments; “The number of catering jobs advertised via our multi posting technology suggests that recruitment levels within the industry has continued to grow during the past couple of years, in particular over the past 12 months. There was a 96.7% increase in the number of jobs posted from May 2012 to May 2013 and a huge 339% in the past 12 months to May.”
Catering job board, Solid Staff, has worked with Recruitive for the past 3 years and have also seen a positive economic upturn for the sector. Managing Director William Ireland comments; “Solidstaff.com has been working with Recruitive for the last 3 years and in this time has seen a 333% increase in the number of catering jobs advertised via the multi posting tool. The present upturn in the economic situation is providing more jobs in the catering industry and I believe that this will keep growing for the foreseeable future.”
To cope with the growth of job vacancies within the sector Recruitive has added to its panel of catering job boards by integrating their technology with The Staff Canteen, an online community for chefs and cooks which attracts job vacancies from many of the UK’s finest restaurants, hotels, agencies and independents.
