CareerTours, a national recruitment resource, will expand its services to 234 US markets on January 15. The company, originally focused on 20 markets nationwide, is expanding due to customer demand for its unique Frictionless Recruiting process, which utilizes proactive and active career postings along with audio and video to match career seekers and companies.

CareerTours will initially serve a waiting list of clients that are anticipating the expansion and the company will limit the number of clients per industry for each city to focus on the highest-quality organizations.

Through the CareerTours website, employers in the any of the 234 markets will be able to showcase their organizations by providing career seekers with unique online experiences. Utilizing platforms such as career postings, audio messages from company CEOs and HR leaders, slideshows, and videos, the hiring company will display its culture, organizational structure and management philosophy. The website will also offer free resources such as relocation guides, city information, and weather for each of the markets.
