Chris Russell, a seven year veteran of the online job search industry is the sites founder. Mr. Russell is President of the regional job board network, AllCountyJobs.com. ìI have hand-picked the first 100 sites in CHiMBYís index and as time goes by weíll be asking users to suggest more career advice sites and job blogs to be included. I want CHiMBY to become a must use tool for job seekers everywhereî, says Russell.
