Capita Resourcing selects hy-phen vms

In a three-year deal to support both its current and future managed service programmes, recruitment provider Capita Resourcing will partner with hy-phen Workforce Management Solutions for its online vendor management solution (VMS).

The agreement, announced today, means that Capita Resourcingís clients will be able to maximise the value and minimise the time and effort that staff dedicate to recruiting and administering contingent staff. hy-phen Workforce Management Solutions, an independent recruitment solutions and technology company, will provide Capita Resourcing with its VMS technology to support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Following a competitive tendering process involving a number of companies, Capita concluded that hy-phen was the market leader. Dawn Marriott said: ìhy-phenís VMS application is a premium product with a proven track record and we are confident that, working with hy-phen, we will be able provide the highest quality recruitment technology support for Capita Resourcingís managed service customers.î
