Busy Bees signs 1 million order with Touchstone Group

Touchstone Group set to deliver an end-to-end Microsoft technology solution to improve efficiency to over 60,000 Busy Beesí customers across the UK

Part of the ABC group, the worldís largest childcare company, Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers, has signed an order valued in excess of 1 million with business software solutions and consultancy service provider, Touchstone Group, to implement a fully integrated business administration and finance system across its UK business.

The order, which includes software from the entire Microsoft technology ëstackí, will include financial accounting, business administration, customer relationship management, web development and SQL database management, as part of a fully integrated system with complete business intelligence reporting for the rapidly growing, 200-strong organisation. The new system, which replaces a bespoke developed system that could no longer sustain the growth that Busy Bees are enjoying, will provide the organisation with state-of-the-art technology for its complex business reporting requirements and a 24-hour real-time view of each and every customer.

Busy Bees are this month implementing the new system and expect to be live with the financial elements of the system by 1st April and fully live June 2007.
