Brookfield Rose, the parent company of de Poel, the global workforce solutions specialist, has announced that it has received a two star accreditation from Best Companies

Brookfield Rose, the parent company of de Poel, the global workforce solutions specialist, has announced that it has received a two star accreditation from Best Companies.

The Best Companies’ accreditation scheme acknowledges excellence in the workplace and recognises the best companies in the employee engagement field. Brookfield Rose received a two star accreditation, reflecting the outstanding commitment the firm makes to its employees.

Matthew Sanders, owner and CEO of Brookfield Rose, comments: “At Brookfield Rose, we are thrilled to be awarded such a prestigious rating and personally I am glad that our efforts in our employee engagement have been recognised. We hope to build on this success in the future as we strive to ensure our workforce is both motivated and happy.

He continues: “We are a fast-growing company and I would like to think a big part of our success is due to the hard work and commitment demonstrated by our workforce.”

Employee engagement has significant benefits for both employees and employers and can help increase staff retention, lower recruitment costs and increase productivity. Brookfield Rose recognises this and actively encourages its employees to be involved in every aspect of the business, such as its enthusiastic fundraising. A recent example of this was a team of runners from Brookfield Rose successfully supporting Paralympic gold medallist Richard Whitehead across the Manchester stretch of his Lands End to John O’Groats challenge, raising over £10,000 to support Richard’s endeavour.

Formed in 2001, Best Companies helps organisations listen to employee opinions and concerns, allowing them to identify and improve employee engagement and workforce happiness.
