Broadbean Technology is celebrating a remarkable start to the year

January saw Broadbean’s sales shoot up by 110 % on Jan 06, and a staggering 726% on the same month in 2005

Broadbean Technology, a provider of job posting and applicant source tracking is celebrating a remarkable start to the year. January saw Broadbean’s sales shoot up by 110 % on Jan 06, and a staggering 726% on the same month in 2005. This is the forth consecutive year that Broadbean has seen over 100% growth, since their inception in late 2002.

Broadbean, currently moving to new offices in Canary Wharf to accommodate a workforce which now stands at 25, are still recruiting in the areas of account management, sales and job board integrations. MD, Dan McGuire, attributes some of Broadbean’s success to a buoyant staffing market with companies investing heavily in consolidating their technical infrastructure, though adds that the company’s impressive renewal rate has been a major factor.

Our renewal rate stands at close to 100%. This is down to our levels of customer support, ability to add new job boards at speed and constantly adding new innovations to the product. We’ll be investing heavily in all of these areas this year, in particular the job board integrations team. No one will be able to touch us in terms of how quickly we grow the network.

Broadbean, which services over half of the UK’s Top 250 staffing businesses, will find out how it fares in 5 categories at the Onrec Awards on 7th March.
