Boyden Global Executive Search names Seiki Murono as Managing Director in San Francisco office

Former top Chase Manhattan executive to boost Boydenís U.S. and Asia/Pacific connection in firmís Financial Services Practice

Boyden announced today that it has appointed Seiki Murono as Managing Director in the firmís San Francisco office. Mr. Murono will specialize in senior-level searches in financial services, including private banking, wealth management and corporate banking positions.

Prior to joining Boyden, Mr. Murono spent 25 years with Chase Manhattan Bank, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of the bank and President of the Chase Manhattan Trust Company of California. In previous assignments, he served as Asia/Pacific Area Executive for private banking based in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for overseeing more than $6 billion in client assets. Mr. Murono also has served as the Southeast Asia head of consumer and private banking based in Singapore.

Subsequent to his tenure at Chase Manhattan, Mr. Murono was named Chairman of the Millennium Bank in San Francisco and is currently a Director of SynZyme Technologies, an Irvine, CA biotech company, and of Millennium Capital, a Shanghai-based investment bank.

Mr. Murono is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and holds an MBA from the American University in Washington, D.C.
