Boyden World Corporation, a global leader in executive search, today announced that Michael Paust has been appointed Vice President of Business Excellence to further invigorate the firmís industry leading quality assurance program across its more than 70 offices in over 40 countries.
Mr. Paust most recently served as PricewaterhouseCoopersí Director and Chief of Staff, New York Metro People & Change Practice. He will report to Chris Clarke, President and CEO of Boyden World Corporation.

Mr. Paustís appointment follows several years of record Boyden growth (including a 30% increase in global revenues in 2007) and the launch in 2006 of the firmís unique executive recruiter certification program implemented to standardize associate training and quality assurance. The search was conducted by Cheryl Smith Bryan, Boyden's Global Human Resources Practice Leader.
Prior to PwC, Mr. Paust served in project management roles at CherryRoad Technologies and Telcordia Technologies (Formerly Bellcore, SAIC). He began his career as an Internet Marketing Associate with Roberts Communications, a marketing, public relations and advertising agency based in Rochester, NY.
Mr. Paust holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelorís degree in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
