International selection and development consultancy Cubiks is delighted to announce that the dynamic recruitment solution created for its client, Boots UK, won the category ‘Innovation in Recruitment’ at the Recruiter Awards this week. This accolade recognises Boots UK’s leading edge approach to recruitment, developed and implemented in partnership with Cubiks.
The team at Cubiks worked with Boots UK to develop an online selection process that measures the key behaviours essential for success in a number of roles. Prioritising candidate experience, the solution also provides applicants with an engaging and realistic insight into what it would be like to work for this leading retailer.
By incorporating the latest technology with creative assessments, this approach has improved the quality of the selection process and consequently the calibre of the pipeline for these specific roles at Boots UK. Most significantly, implementing this new solution has saved Boots UK over £1million in the first year.
