Bond joins Green Rewards as head of web content

Katherine Bond has joined Green Rewards (www.greenrewards.co.uk), the start-up eco-friendly loyalty scheme, as head of web content.

Green Rewards, which launches next week, is the UKís first green loyalty scheme, offering points which can be redeemed for a range of green products, green experiences and green charity gifts. In her new role, Bond will be managing the day-to-day maintenance of the website to ensure a smooth on-line shopping experience for Green Rewards users.

Commenting on the appointment, Green Rewards managing director Stephen Carson said: ìKatherine brings considerable knowledge of web-based sales to our team. Her contributions will further enhance the functionality of the site, making it even more attractive and easy-to-use for customers.î

Bond has extensive e-commerce experience and has worked on a number of sites including idealworld.tv, createandcraft.tv and idealvitality.tv. Before joining Green Rewards she was web coordinator for Ideal Shopping Direct plc.
