Blue Boulder was launched on the 1st June 2001 and headed by Robert Drake. Robert has worked in and alongside the recruitment industry, as a management consultant for many years. During this time he has tailored and delivered recruitment services to the corporate market as well as recruiting as a hiring manager.
In response to corporate demands and following a fact-finding trip to the United States of America, Robert returned to set-up Blue Boulder with the backing of some of the leading e-Recruitment solution providers.
