Law firm Berrymans Lace Mawer has announced that it will update its existing HR and payroll operation with a hosted HR and payroll solution from Northgate HR.
The firm with more than 800 staff at seven UK locations has a variety of public and private sector clients, including several FTSE-100 companies. BLM has experienced considerable growth in recent years and recognises the need for a new HR and payroll solution to simplify HR processes and provide accurate management reports.
Adela Taylor, Head of HR at BLM said: ìWhen we met Northgate to discuss our requirements, it became clear that we would benefit from an integrated in-house HR and payroll system. Northgate HR will host the hardware and give BLM direct access to the system via a secure internet link.î
