International recruitment consultancy Badenoch & Clark today announced the successful completion of its restructuring and rebranding programme in Europe.
In 2006 Badenoch & Clark acquired Netherlands based Corinthe Companies and its subsidiaries (Corinthe Executive, Essential People, House of Financials, Hey Day, and 30 Days) and international recruitment consultancy Chronos International.
Following these acquisitions Badenoch & Clarkís European business has been restructured into three main brands: Corinthe Executive and Interim Management, EssentiaPeople and FaradayClark. Under these new brands, European operations now span Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland and Hungary.
Corinthe will focus on permanent and interim senior management positions. EssentialPeople will specialise in temporary positions, and FaradayClark will focus on permanent recruitment.
