Badenoch & Clark is best recruitment consultancy to work for in the UK

The biggest and most comprehensive survey of the British workplace yesterday revealed that Badenoch & Clark is the seventh best mid-sized company to work for in the UK and the highest-ranking recruitment consultancy in the list.

Badenoch & Clark, who ranked 11th in 2005 and 17th in 2004, has achieved a Top 20 place in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list for three years running, improving its position as a truly reputable employer year upon year. They are one of only seven companies to have improved their position in the list in three consecutive years.

The survey, conducted by Best Companies Ltd and backed by the Department of Trade & Industry and Investors in People, canvassed the views of over 250 of Badenoch & Clarkís employees across a range of areas identified as key to an employeeís experience at work. Badenoch & Clarkís key league positions include:

Inspired by the leader of the company - 3rd place (82.1%)

Managers living the values of the company - 9th place (80.3%)
