The presentation, titled ìCreating Internal Labor Markets: Opening the Door to Career Paths and Strengthening Succession,î will be held at the Hilton Hotel, New York, on March 21, 2006. This session will focus on how to identify talent, feed a succession management process, and clearly communicate expectations and development paths to employees. Lake will discuss her organizationís strategic use of Authoria SuccessionTM to drive its innovative program encompassing competency assessment, performance management, and succession planning.
