Last week marked recruitment consultancy Austin Fraser’s 8th anniversary since being founded by Pete Hart and Derek Simpson in 2007. By differentiating themselves, they have grown to become an established, award winning consultancy in the IT, engineering and life sciences markets.
CEO Pete Hart commented on the milestone saying “Austin Fraser has come a long way since its launch eight years ago. During that time we have built the foundations and infrastructure of the business which can now be leveraged to the next level.”
To date, Austin Fraser have been recognised for prestigious awards such as the Sunday Times Fast Track 2011/2012 (12th/85th), Sunday Times Best Companies 2013 (7th), 2014 (13th) and 2015 (9th), along with Investors in People Gold Accreditation.
The success in the HQ Reading office has seen the company expand to Munich and Austin, Texas.
Pete also added “The next few years are going to be very exciting for us but we could not have got here without our staff’s input. There are several long standing colleagues I have proudly worked alongside to make this company a success. The opportunities for change are endless and I cannot wait to continue this journey.”
