Both versions will generate links to the applications/forms created by the employer through the TalentRITE system. These links are posted on the employer's website where interested applicants can access, complete, and submit the applications/forms online.

Submitted applications are automatically pre-screened as per the employer's criteria and are available for review by the employer from the TalentRITE User Interface (UI).
