At this yearís Annual General Meeting, held on 12th June 2007, Dillistone Systems, the leading global supplier to specialize in the supply of software and services to the Executive Search and Executive Selection community, discussed the companyís developments since it joined AIM a year ago.
Jason Starr, Managing Director of Dillistone Systems, reported: ìWe are very pleased that this year has seen us continue to cement our position at the forefront of our sector. The launch of our new FILEFINDER 8 system has been very well received and we remain confident of meeting market expectations.î
Jim McLaughlin, Executive Chairman, explained: ìFollowing our announcement of record profits for the year ended 31st December 2006, and confirmation on 7th February that order intake in the final quarter of 2006 was at record levels, I am pleased to be able to confirm the continuation of this positive trend.î
He described how in the first 5 months of 2007 Dillistone Systems has experienced order levels some 20% higher than over the same period in 2006, and turnover in the first 4 Months of the year is some 18% ahead of last year. In March 2007, Dillistone Systems launched FILEFINDER 8, the latest version, which has been very well received by existing and prospective clients.
Support renewals in December 2006 were in line with the boardís expectations, reported at 19% ahead of the previous year. Early indications indicate that renewals in July 2007 will be at a similarly encouraging level.
Dillistone Systems has continued to generate cash in line with its trading performance as the board remains confident that Dillistone Systems will achieve expectations for the year ending 31st December 2007. The company will report interim results for the 6 months ending 30th June 2007 on or about 14th September 2007.
