Areva taps Taleo to power E - talent initiative across four continents

Taleo, a provider of on demand talent management solutions, announced that AREVA selected Taleo to power its global e-Talent initiative across four continents. AREVA, a world leader in nuclear energy based in France, recently completed the first phase of its global rollout and will use Taleo throughout Europe, North America, South America and Asia.

AREVAís human resources team recently created a worldwide e-Talent initiative ñ a consistent global recruitment and internal mobility policy that allows each of its offices to tailor the policy to comply with local labor laws and business practices.

The goal of AREVAís e-Talent initiative is to standardise the process of recruiting, assessing and managing the companyís workforce of 58,000 employees, while streamlining costs and strengthening the AREVA brand worldwide.
